2. LOCATION & GEOCODING
To calculate accurate delivery fees, we process your Pincode through a Geocoding API. This converts your location into coordinates to calculate the exact distance from our Andheri store. We do not store your precise GPS coordinates after the delivery is completed.
3. WHATSAPP & SECURITY
By clicking "Place Order", you initiate a conversation on WhatsApp. While we protect your data within our internal store records, your chat history is subject to WhatsApp's own end-to-end encryption and privacy protocols.
4. DATA SHARING
We do not sell or trade your personal information. Data is only shared with our delivery representatives to ensure your organic products reach your doorstep efficiently.
5. YOUR CONSENT
By using our website and providing your billing details, you consent to our privacy practices. We reserve the right to update these policies as our delivery radius and services expand.
6. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the perishable nature of our organic produce, returns are only accepted at the time of delivery if the items are damaged or incorrect. Once an order is confirmed via WhatsApp and dispatched from our Andheri West store, it cannot be cancelled. We encourage customers to verify their order details during the confirmation call or text.
